De-rigging steps 11-15
Image 11-13 : Continue to pull the sail out until you can easily remove the mast. Begin rolling the sail from the head, around the battens.







Image 14 : Store the sail in its bag, so the luff sock is close to the zippered opening. This end has a mesh opening so the sail can drain and dry.



Image 15 : When storing the sail upright, always place the luff side down so you do not crush the monofilm in the clew area.

Caution: if someone helps you and pulls the bottom of the mast out, the bottom section will separate from the mast top section, making it difficult to de-rig the sail.
