Image 8 : If this is the first time you are rigging your sail, you must tension the battens so as to remove the wrinkles. Use the included batten tensioning tool, and begin by tensioning the battens until you feel some resistance.
Image 9 : Look at the batten pocket and you will see wrinkles radiating perpendicular to the batten pockets.
Image 10 : Tension the battens until those wrinkles disappear
