Upon receipt of your new merchandise, please inspect it carefully as to contents and condition. All claims for damaged or missing items MUST be reported to us with seven (7) business days of receipt of merchandise. In the event your package arrives damaged,it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the carrier to inspect the package to assure full refund/replacement. Particularly with board and rig shippments, always inspect the oustide of the box for any signs of damage. if present, do not sign any form until you open the box and carefully inspect the contents. Any damage must be noted on the shipping form, signed by the shipping company, and only then signed by the customer. All packaging MUST be retained until the problem has been resolved
Return authorization (RA) number required. To obtain an RA number you must call within 7 days of when you received the merchandise. All returns must be new, unused, and accompanied by a copy of the original Sales Receipt and in original packaging suitable for resale. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Please ship the items back to us prepaid and with the proper packaging. For your protection, make sure to insure the package. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.
We will cover the warranty as stated by the manufacturer. Most items sold By Calema Windsurfing are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Shipping of the item in question is the responsibility of the customer. Most manufacturers we do business with have a reasonable approach to warranty coverage.
